After breakfast Safari Club Lodge will transfer you to Johannesburg Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls. Connect to your flight to Victoria Falls, departing Johannesburg. On arrival a transfer vehicle will meet you and transfer you to Ilala Lodge. Ilala Lodge is a small 4 star privately owned hotel, and is the closest hotel to the Victoria Falls - a 10-minute walk away.
The lodge is constructed of brick under thatch and each en suite room is air conditioned. There is the Palm restaurant, a bar and terrace lounge and a swimming pool on the property, and the lodge has been recently renovated, the décor being a colonial explorer theme.
Game, both big and small frequents the vicinity of the hotel and there are often Warthog grazing on the lawn, Banded Mongoose foraging in the grounds and Elephant sometimes feeding outside the grounds of the hotel

After an early morning activity and breakfast, transfer by road to the Kazungula Border, where the four countries of Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Zambia meet.
(This is the only place in the world where 4 counties meet – a bit of trivia!)
Clear Immigration formalities, and continue by road to Kasane Airport. (You will have a guide to assist you with the transfer throughout, so no need to worry about the border crossing, the exercise is very quick and simple.)
On arrival at Kasane Airport, you will be met by your guide from Muchenje lodge and driven by road west, game viewing en route through the Chobe National Park, to Muchenje Lodge, situated in the Chobe Forest reserve, on the western boundary of the Chobe National Park.
Muchenje, the only small, exclusive lodge in Chobe, offers a true remote, bush Safari. Situated away from the masses on the western side of the Chobe National Park, they offer unique, prolific game experiences, away from the crowds in the east of the park. The Central Lodge has stunning panoramic views of the Caprivi Flood plains and overlooks its own water-hole frequented by all species of Game. A full day game drive with lunch on a boat cruise in the Chobe National Park, during the midday when hundreds of Elephant come down to the Chobe river to drink and bathe, is a highlight of Muchenje, hence recommending a 4 night stay.

Shinde offers the best of both worlds, with spectacular views across grasslands and the famous Okavango Delta waterways, as well as the Leadwood and Ebony forests of the Moremi reserve. This area is excellent for large Elephant Herds, Cape Buffalo herds numbering up to 3000 strong, and large Lion prides, that follow the Buffalo. Accommodation is in safari tents on raised wooden platforms, each with its own en suite facilities, overlooking the Shinde lagoon. The ‘tree house’ dining room s a wonderful place to dine and has fantastic views over the open plains of the delta.
